Should you wish to make an offer on any item, please use the 'offer' button under the picture of each item. We cannot guarantee that we will accept any offers but each will be considered on its own merit.

Prices are quoted in GBP and exclude shipping costs, though ALL items are POST FREE in the UK. For all deliveries, UK and overseas, we use a trackable service

PAYMENT:

We can accept payment by debit or credit cards via PayPal. We will send you a PayPal invoice (you do NOT need a PayPal account and there is NO cost to you to process the sale this way) once a sale is agreed. We also accept cheques (made payable to Irene Mounsey) and Postal Orders. If paying by cheque from outside the UK, such cheques must be drawn on a UK bank and made payable in sterling. We can also accept bank transfers - please request appropriate details from us if you wish to use this service.

There is no VAT included in our prices at present.

Should any product fail to meet the standard we have advertised, please let us know within 14 days of receipt and we'll give you details of how to return the item. Upon receipt of the returned item, we'll refund your purchase price and any return postage agreed before returning the product. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights under English Law.

Your use of our website will be governed by English Law and will be deemed to have occurred in England.

Our descriptions are very carefully considered and, although we do our best to verify maker's marks, it is common knowledge that some early marks we re-used in various forms by later manufacturers. Some antique ceramics often have minor crazing or glazing faults and this is only mentioned if such imperfections are especially visible.

We do our utmost to make sure our website is as accurate as possible but we cannot be held responsible for any errors and omissions. Should you note anything which is incorrect, please email us at irenemounsey@yahoo.co.uk.

DATA PROTECTION:

Order details will be retained on our database for accounting purposes. If you do not want your details to be kept, we will delete them upon request.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING:

Credit Card details are NOT retained on our website.
